The Design Build Team of owner, HHJ Architects as site and shell architect, and HHJ Construction as builder transformed this 30 acre site into a retail destination of distinctive shops, restaurants and a multi-plex cinema. Interwoven with these buildings are pedestrian walkways, outdoor seating, lush landscaping, water features and sculpture elements. Borders Books and Galaxy Theaters are among the tenants going into the development. Construction is nearing completion, with many buildings occupied by tenants as 2007 ends. a new Community Center at Victory ParkWhidbey Island, WA   Under construction at Naval Air Station Whidbey, is a new 16,000 sf community center for the military community. It will contain a gym, multipuropse meeting rooms, library, leasing offices, fitness center, kitchen, game room and theater. A New Sound Credit Union BranchOlympia, WA   HHJ Architects PLLC and HHJ Construction recently completed this new credit union branch with extended drive through. Drawings, specifications and details were done in Revit BIM. Aircraft Hangar at King County AirportSeattle, WA   This 36,000 sf aircraft hangar currently under construction at King County Intl Airport will house 4 tenant spaces, with the largest capable of securing up to a 100 foot long jet. The interior spaces will include office and light maintenance rooms. Bob Bridge ToyotaRenton, Washington   HHJ Construction, Inc. is acting the general contractor and providing construction services for the completion of a new showroom and renovation to the shop / service department. Heritage Bank, Sumner BranchSumner, WA   Recently designed by HHJ Architects, is a new branch bank on Main street in Sumner for Heritage Bank. Kia of PuyallupPuyallup, WA   HHJ completed a new auto dealership in Puyallup near the site of Puyallup Nissan at Meridian and Valley Ave in 2006. The full service and sales facility of approximately 32,000 square feet was designed and built by the team of HHJ Architects PLLC and HHJ Construction Inc. Larson Tacoma ToyotaTacoma, WA   This renovation , expansion and Image Upgrade to full service automotive dealership, involves enlargement of the showroom, addition of a lube center and new car delivery and removal of existing stucco exterior to be replaced by Aluminum Composite Panels. It is scheduled for completion in early 2009. Major Renovation for Bargreen EllingsonSeattle, WA   HHJ Architects and HHJ Construction completed a major renovation in 2005 to a 2 story warehouse in the industrial business area of Seattle on 1st Avenue South. The former warehouse was converted to new tenant space and contains food service design offices, equipment sale offices along with commercial kitchen equipment wholesale showrooms and storage. Meridian South Professional CenterKent, Washington   HHJ Architects assisted the owner is completing a feasability study for this Kent site. Working with the owner, city, and consultants the design was finalized. HHJ Construction finished construction of the wood frame building shell in early 2008. Interior office tenant improvements were also designed by HHJ Architects in summer 2008. Pilgrim Lutheran Church AdditionPuyallup, WA   Currently under design is a 2 phase addition and remodel to a large established church in Pierce County. HHJ designed and built the original church many years ago. Revit BIM software allows clear delineation of the several planned phases. Puyallup ChryslerPuyallup, WA   A new full service and sales dealership at The Park in Puyallup business park near Meridian St. at Valley Avenue was constructed by HHJ in 2007. This custom design by HHJ Architects incorporates the new Chrysler national imaging and branding elements in a bright and spacious facility. Puyallup Nazarene ChurchPuyallup, Washington   HHJ recently designed and built a gathering place and cafe near the entrance to this active contemporary church. The conection to the community is reinforced with the added social interaction induced by this comfortable space. South Market St Professional BuildingChehalis, WA   HHJ recently designed a 6,500 sf wood framed medical office building in record time with Revit BIM. Tenant Improvement: Edge Learning InstituteTacoma, WA   The first office tenant to locate to the new HHJ designed Westgate Shopping Center is Edge Learning Institute, Tacoma, a premier human effectiveness training institution. HHJ Architect's B.I.M. software allowed parametric building information modeling to assist in rapid design and document production as well as visualization for the client. This TI was built by HHJ Construction. Westgate South Shopping CenterTacoma, WA   Designed and constructed by HHJ is a 27,000 square foot retail and office complex in two buildings in North Tacoma called Westgate South Center. Located near 21st and Pearl, it houses an Italian restaurant, deli, coffee shop, and other retail merchants along with two stories of professional office space.
